EVAPAR is currently looking for an innovative, extremely detail-oriented, high-energy, self-motivated, honest, and hardworking individual to fill the position of Inside Sales and Technical Support in the Evansville, IN area. This position focuses on emergency power systems through industries ranging from health care, data centers, financial institutions, as well as many others. We are looking for the right person who will be able to professionally represent Evapar at all times.
Job Duties include, But Are Not Limited to:
Due to the complexity of the industry as well as the products we represent there are many challenges from day to day, but the main responsibilities are below.
- Provide support and technical assistance to sales representatives and customers.
- Manage projects from inception to final completion by working with team members.
- Review drawings and specifications to provide accurate project solutions.
- Prepare quotes for customers based on project needs.
- Develop basic drawings and schematics.
- Work directly with customers, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering to achieve project goals.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Qualities/Skills:
- Experienced with Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient with computer operation and navigation
- General understanding of our industry and an interest in learning more
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and standards.

EVAPAR is currently looking for a Sales Representative for Parts and Service to join our St. Louis Branch team. The focus of this role is providing quotes for generator parts, service and repair for both residential and commercial customers.

In addition to these traits, the ideal candidate should also have experience in cold calling, the social skills needed for getting past the gate keepers at businesses, and most importantly the desire to work for a company that believes in what it does and the people they have doing it.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:

EVAPAR, is currently seeking an experienced Territory Manager in our Power Systems (Generator) Division. We are the Industrial Distributor for Generac Power Systems, and the main duties of this position will be representing EVAPAR and the Generac product in line with our company values and mission in the St. Louis market area.
This is a technical sales position and will require an individual who can completely work through the technical sales process proficiently. Day to day duties include communicating with engineers, contractors, and end users to build relationships and provide technical expertise along with exceptional customer services for our power generation products. This is an outside sales position with the individual spending approximately 75% of his or her time in the field making calls on customers and prospecting. Overnight travel is minimal, basically 2-4 factory trips and/or inter-company office trips per year. Additional duties include: promoting EVAPAR and our lines to the territory, generating quotations, conducting job site walk-throughs, project plan & specification takeoffs, presentations, and all duties related to managing the territory and sales of our generator product lines.
Job will be supported by Evapar’s St. Louis branch. It is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission structure and also includes auto expense reimbursement.
